Kinds Polyethylene Pipes for Fiber-optic Communication Lines

Виды

Protective polyethylene pipes are manufactured with different variants of the internal side:

  • smooth and lubricated (smeared) with silicone oil;
  • smooth and coextruded with polymer layer of decreased friction coefficient;
  • pipes with channels threaded on inside walls without a lubricator (for example, longitude channels: 0.45 mm in height, 12 mm in width, 1100 angle, 104 in number at O 44/33) ;
  • pipes with channels threaded on inside walls with a coextruded polymer layer;
  • pipes designed for installation of an optic cable by blowing-in method or supplied with an installed tightening cord of 2 mm in diameter and minimal strength of 120 kg;

Specification of a pipe colour corresponds with RAL colour scale. Orange (RAL 2004), green (RAL6024), purple (RAL 7035) and black colours are considered to be standard. On the customer’s request we supply the pipes of different colours. In ultraviolet rays the pipe colours keep bright for no less than two years.

The pipes are produced with longitude stripes of contrasting colours drawn steadily on four points of a pipe section circle. These stripes are made by coextrusive method. Their width is up to 4 mm.

The pipes have also a marking of meterage, a manufacturer/supplier name, parameters, material, production date and an identification mark.
